Chopped Strand Mat
Chopped Strand Mat is fine strand reinforcement material made from E-glass cut fibers laid in a pattern and bonded with powder or emulsion binder. It is specially designed for hand lay-up and continuous laminating process. It is easy to handle and has excellent molding performance.
Chopped Strands
Chopped Strands is made from E Glass or C-Glass, with Silane sizing coated, or other dedicated sizing, it can amalgamate well with resins, such as PP, PA, AS/ABS, PET/PBT, PC, etc. It is an ideal material for engineering plastic. Because of its High Strength, Fibreglass Chopped Strands also is used for reinforced plasterboard (gypsum board), cement.
Woven Roving
Woven roving is a bidirectional fabric made by interweaving Direct Rovings. Woven Roving is compatible with many resins, such as Polyester, Vinyl Ester and epoxy resins. Woven Roving is a high-performance reinforcement and widely used in processes such as in hand lay-up, Molding, and Pultrusion for the production of boats, Automotive Parts, Furniture, Sport Facilities and other fields.
Direct Roving
Direct Rovings deliver excellent processing and mechanical properties for the composite part. The strands offer compatibility with most Resin Systems including Polyester, Vinyl Ester, Epoxy, Phenolic, Polypropylene and Polyamide
SURFACE MAT
Surface Mat is a type of non-woven fiberglass mat designed to provide a smooth, finished surface in composite laminates. It’s often used in combination with other fiberglass reinforcements like Woven Roving or chopped strand mat.
